This Code of Conduct sets out the standards of behaviour expected from all individuals engaging with ProBound, including players, scouts, clubs, agents, staff, and representatives. ProBound is committed to professionalism, safeguarding, fairness, and integrity.
1. Purpose
The purpose of this Code of Conduct is to ensure a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all users of the ProBound platform.
2. Scope
This Code applies to:
• Players (Members and Verified)
• Scouts, coaches, clubs, and agents
• ProBound staff, contractors, and representatives
3. General Standards of BehaviourAll individuals must:
• Act with honesty and integrity
• Treat others with respect and professionalism
• Comply with safeguarding requirements
• Respect confidentiality and privacy
• Follow ProBound policies and procedures
4. Player Conduct
Players must:
• Provide accurate information and footage
• Maintain professional behaviour on and off the pitch
• Respect ProBound’s review and selection processes
• Avoid misrepresentation of ability or status
5. Scout, Club & Agent Conduct
Scouts, clubs, and agents must:
• Use ProBound for legitimate recruitment purposes only
• Not attempt direct contact with players outside ProBound
• Respect safeguarding rules, especially for under-18s
• Provide truthful information regarding opportunities
6. Safeguarding & Welfare
ProBound operates a zero-tolerance approach to safeguarding breaches.
Any inappropriate behaviour, harassment, exploitation, or attempt to bypass ProBound’s safeguarding measures will result in immediate action.
7. Data Protection & Privacy
All users must respect data protection laws and ProBound’s privacy standards.
Information obtained through ProBound must not be misused, shared, or stored unlawfully.
8. Breaches of the Code
Breaches of this Code may result in:
• Warnings
• Suspension of access
• Removal from ProBound services
• Referral to relevant authorities where appropriate
9. Reporting Concerns
Any concerns or breaches should be reported to ProBound via the designated safeguarding or contact channels.
10. Review
This Code of Conduct will be reviewed periodically to ensure it remains effective and aligned with best practice.
