ProBound provides a curated football talent platform designed to support players, scouts, clubs, and agents through professional exposure, review, and mediation services. ProBound is not an employment agency and does not guarantee trials, contracts, or opportunities.
2. Eligibility
Users must be at least 16 years of age to engage with ProBound services. Users under 18 require parental or guardian consent in line with ProBound safeguarding policies.
3. Player Membership & Verified Status
ProBound offers membership and Verified services. Membership does not guarantee public listing or progression to Verified status. Verified status is granted at ProBound’s discretion and may be reviewed or withdrawn.
4. Scout & Club Use
Scouts, clubs, and agents may use ProBound services for legitimate recruitment purposes only. All enquiries and introductions are mediated by ProBound. Direct contact with players outside ProBound is prohibited unless authorised.
5. Fees & Payments
All fees are disclosed at the point of purchase. Membership and Verified fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Renewals may apply in accordance with the pricing structure at the time of renewal.
6. Content & Media
Users grant ProBound permission to review and display submitted content in line with agreed visibility levels. ProBound may refuse or remove content that does not meet standards.
7. Safeguarding & Conduct
All users must comply with ProBound’s safeguarding policies and Code of Conduct. Breaches may result in suspension or termination of access.
8. Limitation of Liability
ProBound is not liable for outcomes resulting from introductions, trials, or recruitment decisions. Users engage with opportunities at their own discretion.
9. Termination
ProBound reserves the right to suspend or terminate access where Terms are breached or where safeguarding concerns arise.
10. Changes to Terms
ProBound may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
